This 3,000 SF custom home, completed by Red Mercury Construction, showcases personalized design and superior craftsmanship. While serving as a Senior Project Manager at a previous general contractor firm, Johnny Pak led the build-out of a new Starbucks location. This project involved coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the iconic Starbucks brand experience was reflected in the design and functionality of the space. From managing tight deadlines to overseeing the installation of custom fixtures and finishes, Johnny ensured every aspect of the project met the highest standards.
